• Do a Training Needs Assessment to identify training to meet your goals – upgrade staff skills/retention, improve service levels, reduce cost, and expand revenues.
• Engage in consulting to grow top line and bottom line, and improve service levels – powered by Lean Enterprise and other quality/certification training
• Expedite and simplify the application process, if a grant is needed.
• Provide training, if needed, and assistance in administering a grant, if applicable.
• Secure Continuing Education (CE) credits for your licensed employees.
• Work with you to ensure successful implementation of new skills and programs.
